consists of the Advocates Program
and the Ambassador Program.
The Advocates Program rewards you (the affiliate) with US$5 and your referral with US$5 whenever your referral subscribes for either our Premium or Professional plan. This is also known as our “Gift $5 Get $5” program. The referral and yourself will each receive the $5 as a Reward which can be redeemed in the future.
In addition, CryptoHero also awards Points to our affiliates for the following actions:
- Every referral who signs up (regardless if he or she pays) = 1 Point
- Referral who pays for a subscription plan = 100 Points
- Each tweet and any other social media post = 50 Points (affiliate to email us the link)
You may exchange your Points for gifts when we launch our gift catalogue.
Our Ambassador Program
For something much more exciting in terms of rewards, CryptoHero is proud to present to you the Ambassadors Program. This Program is unique as it pays you (the affiliate) a lifetime worth of commissions from paying referrals.
The best part is that it is offered on a 4-tier affiliate structure and a lifetime worth of commissions! Your referral will still enjoy $5 off the first subscription payment.
The 4 tier rate is as follow (net of charges*)
20% > 10% > 5% > 3%
What this means is that if you (a paying subscriber) refer Katy and Katy subscribes for our Plan (Katy has a $5 discount off the first payment), you will be paid 20% of Katy’s immediate and future subscriptions* as long as Katy keeps paying for hers.
If Katy refers John who subscribes for our paid plan, Katy will receive 20% while you will receive 10% of John’s paid subscription for every month as long as John maintains his subscription.
If John refers David who subscribes for our paid plan, John will receive 20%, Katy will receive 10% and you will receive 5% of David’s paid subscription. The same goes for the fourth tier where you as the first affiliate receives 3%.
All users subscribed to either our Premium or Professional plans are automatically enrolled into our Ambassadors Program.
*All payments are net of our discounts and transaction costs payable to our payment processors and app platforms.

1. What are the criteria to join the Advocates and Ambassador Program?
Ans: All CryptoHero users are automatically enrolled into our Advocates Program. However, if a user subscribes to either our Premium or Professional plan, he or she will automatically be upgraded to our Ambassador Program.
2. I noticed that I can earn Points and Rewards. What are the differences between the two?
Ans: Points are non-monetary incentives while Rewards are monetary incentives. One can earn Points simply by referring friends who sign up with CryptoHero. CryptoHero has a gamification element for our users through the Leaderboard. A user can see where he or she ranks among the others. CryptoHero will also offer a Gift Catalogue which offers Points-for-Gifts in the near future. Rewards are earned whenever a referral subscribes to any of our paid plans.
3. How do I become an Ambassador Program member?
Ans: You need to subscribe to either our Premium or Professional Plan.
4. Previously, I referred about five users as a member of the Advocate Program. I am now a member of the Ambassador Program. Will my previous five referrals be considered as part of my ongoing commission payment?
Ans: No. All Ambassador Program referrals begin on the first day of your Ambassador Program. Any referrals made before the first day will not be included into your Ambassador Program.
5. How often can I redeem the Rewards?
Ans: A user can choose to redeem the Rewards at any time by clicking the Redeem button. We have a minimum requirement of $10 per redemption.
6. What are the various payment methods to receive my Rewards?
Ans: Rewards can be paid to a user’s PayPal account or to a USDT address. The user will bear all transfer fees as charged by PayPal. If a user opts to be paid in USDT, the same user will bear all transfer fee as charged by the digital asset exchange and/or the Ethereum gas fee.
7. I am an Ambassador Program member. Is my 20% commission Reward based on net or gross subscription revenue?
Ans: Your commission is based on net revenue. For example, if someone signs up through CryptoHero Apple App, our cost of sale is 30%. Your commission will be based on 20% x 70%. If it is through our Web App, our cost of sale is around 5% and hence your commission will be 20% x 95%.
8. What are the terms and conditions of your Affiliate Program?
Ans: Users who initiate any referral are bound to the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program.
9. Can I opt out of your Affiliate Program even if I am a CryptoHero user?
Ans: Yes, you may. Simply send us an email through CryptoHero contact form. All future referrals containing your Referral Code will be voided. You may still continue your use of CryptoHero.
10. If I terminate my paid subscription and re-sign up again, will I retain my previous referrals?
Ans: The moment you terminate your subscription, all existing referrals will be terminated. Hence, if you subscribe again, you will have to restart from zero referrals.
